Mr Coutts Otolo is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Parker Russell Eastern Africa. Having started his career in Audit, Coutts moved into Advisory services early in his career, and has developed specialist skills in Business Performance Improvement, Risk Advisory consulting and governance, as well as Forensics and Investigation. He has over 38 years of professional experience in related aspects of financial and management consulting and has set up successful accounting and operational in several African countries, both Anglophone and Francophone.
Coutts has been a member of the Global Governing Council of ACCA (the largest global accounting organization) and was the first person from Africa to be a member of the Global Council and, for a long time was the only elected member of the global ACCA council from Africa. Coutts is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (Fellow - ACCA) (UK), the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU), and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR).
He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Investment Financial and Analysts (ICIFA)
