Beatrice Mwangi She has about 16 years of combined working experience in the corporate and donor-funded programmes sector. This background has strengthened her role as a Management Consultant. Her experience has been gained while working with various corporate organizations and public sector entities.
Beatrice’s strengths are Organization Development, HR Audits, Strategy Development and Implementation, HR Strategy, Management Training in a wide range of courses, including Management and Leadership modular programmes and Supervisory Skills Training. She has also had considerable experience in other strategic management services like Performance Management systems, drawing up of Policies, Job Analysis and Evaluation, Job Satisfaction and Evaluation Surveys, Competency Development and Executive Selection.
Beatrice holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences and Post-Graduate Diplomas in Business Administration and Information Technology. She is also a holder of a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management. She is a certified trainer with the Professional Trainer’s Association of Kenya and a member of the Institute of Human Resource Professionals.
She has worked with clients in the following industries: governments, parastatals, aid agencies, NGOs, banking, insurance, internet service providers, agriculture, manufacturing, courier service, telecommunications, public relations, and the hotel and tourism industry. She has carried out assignments in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, Botswana, Somaliland, Swaziland, Djibouti, Zimbabwe, and South Africa.
